{"id":44,"date":"2007-07-16T15:23:00","date_gmt":"2007-07-16T23:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.glensharp.com\/life\/?p=44"},"modified":"2007-07-16T15:23:00","modified_gmt":"2007-07-16T23:23:00","slug":"time-travel-movies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.glensharp.com\/life\/time-travel-movies\/","title":{"rendered":"Time Travel Movies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On my flight from Calgary to Ottawa I watched 1.5 movies both involving time travel.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/disney.go.com\/disneypictures\/meettherobinsons\/\">Meet the Robinsons<\/a> was really enjoyable with a geeky inventor building confidence, eccentric characters, and themes that I like. &#8220;Keep moving forward&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Coincidentally I later started to watch the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0268695\/\">The Time Machine<\/a> which is based on HG Wells book of that name.<\/p>\n<p>I will have to rent the DVD as I didn&#8217;t yet find out if travelling to the future helps the inventor save his fiance by learning if you can change the past.
