This is a bit reminiscent of a science fiction movie where people find out that living forever (be careful what you wish for) maybe isn’t so great after all and that lives like projects have a beginning and an end for good reasons. In the case of projects you have to end them to make room for new ones. It is not always about persistence. Sometimes it is just recognizing that a change of plan is needed.
